How to have instant spiritual discernment.
Basically: Just look within & connect with your divinity. That is the short explanation. :)
Here is the longer explanation:
1. Energy wise - The answers are always UP, the problems are always DOWN. If you want answers and solutions, you raise your energy, you don't point outside of you to the problems because this will only keep you on the same level of lower energy where the problem exists. This does not mean that you are ignoring what is there in front of you. It means you are aware and accept what is there in front of you, and by accepting it, you are then "letting go" of your need to control and find solutions outside of yourself. (Acceptance and Letting Go: "Oh look! There is a problem, and that is OK. I trust that I can and will change this": Acceptance and Letting Go.) As you face your own inner light, (which IS the higher energy) the problems outside of you dissolves. PERIOD. This may take a longer time for some and a shorter time for others, each one is different. Depending on how much you are trusting and letting go is what determines the amount of time it takes for each individual. There is no "giving up and losing" in surrendering aka letting go, what you are letting go of is that which no longer serves you. Therefore, you are not losing anything which you did not need to begin with. All you will be left with is everything that serves your highest good. It is already there in your life, you just need to find it within yourself. This is the inner journey of discovery and what makes life a grand adventure.
Anything which segregates and dis-empowers is a FALSE teaching. Anything which empowers, integrates and uplifts the spirit is a TRUE teaching. Spirituality is ALL INCLUSIVE, not segregative. This does not mean that we do not at times, have to cut certain people out of our lives. Sometimes, they will leave on their own, because they are not on the same frequency as you are, and that is OK. They will be there again, when you and they are both ready to be. You are still always one with them. Spirit does not FORCE, but only serves what is in your best interest. The answers and solutions are always going to come to you in a way that makes sense to you.
2. You do not filter truth through the ego, you filter truth through your inner light/your most-highest energy within; meaning: those who know the light within themselves will always have discernment, wisdom, clarity & creative solutions that are healing for both oneself and others. Not confusion or dichotomy with no solutions, but only more problems. Awakened people are not putting down others' spiritual teachings in order to make THEMSELVES look better. Because they have awakened, they understand equality and that everyone who awakens, wakes up to the same thing, no matter how long it may take, no matter which road they take. Everyone is connected to the Divine ALWAYS. No one is ever left out or forgotten about. Ever.
For example: "I am that, I am" is the exalted state. It is the highest frequency of light within you and something you do come to know in order to awaken to your truth. It is the same state of life that Buddha was in when he awoke to the oneness of self and environment. "Iam that, I am" - Everything is The Divine, no matter where you look, and you are not ever separate from it. Also known as, The Pure Light of Consciousness of all that is. This is the same light that we all find when we look within us.
Authenticity is not "the enlightenment of the future" as some would have you think. Authenticity is what enlightenment is all about and always has been. With light there is transparency, all is known, there are no secrets and we understand the dark is only the shadow aspect of our lives. The shadow aspect being the person we "thought" we had to be, because we were afraid of being our natural selves and thought we weren't "good enough" for whatever reason. The person who functions with fear, anxiety, chaos and negativity controlling their lives without having the awareness of why that is even there. Light always dissolves dark. The dark does not cease to exist because it is also a part of the whole, and will always be a part of the whole. (Without it, we wouldn't be whole) But it will not have any control or influence over you, therefore, it becomes non-existent in your own life. Hence you are free, even amongst the seeming chaos and disorder. It is both a state of mind and energy & an instant state of grace which is always one with your life.
3. There is no "evil" except those parts of your own consciousness which you, yourself have not yet explored. The only evil that exists is the evil which men create with their minds, by not knowing who they really are. Diving into "the unknown" you only always find more of yourself. Because all is a part of the divine, you only find more light and inner guidance. Anyone who experiences "evil", I GUARANTEE YOU has not explored their own consciousness, that is why it manifests in their lives to begin with. Keep digging within, the light is always there. Sometimes buried underneath years of denial and fear. It does not matter how long it has been dark in your life, once you find the light within yourself, the darkness has no power.
In your space of inner light and stillness, you have all the knowledge and wisdom you need which allows you to easily maneuver through life, unimpeded. Learning to TRUST that, we let go of fear and are freed to be our natural selves, without needing to control or condemn anything or anyone outside of us, but instead living in harmony with each other and our environment. Whether your experiencing dark or light will eventually become irrelevant, because you will have integrated more and more light and be functioning more holistically, you have instant discernment and know the "back door" to "escape" from is always within yourself and not outside of you. No matter which "tool" you are using, the answers and the healing always, always, ALWAYS come from WITHIN first and foremost.
Consciousness creates your reality. Your consciousness creates your reality, which is the same consciousness we all share, it is not "someone else's" consciousness creating your reality. If you think there is another consciousness besides the same one that we all share, I would seriously question just how split in your own mind you actually are. The light integrates, meaning; it makes whole that which is not. It brings together what is apart. Therefore, there cannot possibly be a third consciousness that is within you but only some other aspect of your own personality, which you have not yet integrated. This is also why some people suffer from schizophrenia. There is only one consciousness and everyone who awakens experiences the same one consciousness. That is all there is because that is all that is.
Another thing I'd like to mention, is that no one comes in with the consciousness of an alien, as I've seen mentioned in some circles. Some people do come in with a greater awareness, meaning; they remember oneness. They remember their connection to the divine within and have always lived with the awareness of oneness their entire lives. In other words, they remember more of who they are. They might feel "alien" if they live in an environment which is of very low frequency. They will feel that resonance and feel as if they "dont belong" and are "different".
(1) The world feels foreign and hostile because they have such an innate connection to their higher-selves. Others are born without this awakened connection, and they usually feel more comfortable and "at home" within the third dimensional paradigm. These people often feel cut off from the higher dimensional portions of themselves and may not even believe that "higher selves" even exist.
All they are feeling is the difference in the energy frequencies which they themselves are emitting, compared to the energy of those around them. Once they get to know themselves, they do eventually come to realize what the differences they are experiencing are and why.
Although all energy is connected, each consciousness is germane to that planet that the individual lives on. If you had an "alien" consciousness, you would not be experiencing life on earth. Because your energy would be so drastically different, so would your environment. Therefore an "alien" consciousness would be creating an "alien" environment (another planet). There are all different kinds of energy on the planet and in the universe, and they all meet at the center point, which is our heart or our highest-vibration, which means we all have access to an infinite number of vibrations. We are all multi-dimensional. But, because we are all born on earth, this is the environment we chose to create in. If you had an "alien" consciousness then you would experience an "alien" planet and not this one, because that would be the frequency you are emitting, that would be your experience, an alien planet. Remember, consciousness creates the reality, reality does not create the consciousness. That is why there is no one born on earth that has an alien consciousness, but we are all multi-dimensional and can have different experiences based on how expanded or contracted our awareness is and our own personal energy.
Eventually we can come to know our consciousness within us so well, that we can palpably feel what is coming our way & our manifestations can become instant. Because in truth, everything already exists, and time is an illusion created by consciousness, it is just a matter of frequency before it manifests. Not a matter of time, but a matter of your own energy and frequency.
One more thing I'd like to add for anyone still seeking inner peace:
Never, ever, ever fear what is going on outside of you or judge another person's life. Always know that what others are experiencing is based on their own energy and is not in anyway a reflection of you. What you experience in your own life is always a reflection of you and your own energy. No matter what it looks like on the outside, it is always in and for your best interest. Those who expect fighting, wars, anger etc., are going to experience it because it is such a strong part of their energy it will manifest into their reality. Source loves unconditionally. So much so, that it will give you what you expect each and every time. It always already is doing that. That is why it is important to know the Self and to live at your highest vibration, so that we may live with the awareness of the most-high love in and with us all the time. We always have help available whenever we need it. When things seem to go wrong, it is only because you are not allowing yourself to be your true self. That is really all it comes down to! Love yourself first and foremost, and accept yourself just as you are. You are and have all that you need. When we expect the highest and best we receive the highest and best. Our entire reality is immersed in unconditional love, but most are functioning from the energy of fear, only because that is what they are choosing to experience over and over again, without being aware of it. Fear can push you to look within or it can take control of your life and stunt your growth. Whichever direction you are facing (in or out/love or fear) is the direction your life will move. But the way out will always be IN and the sooner you connect with that part of yourself, the sooner your life will turn around for the better.
Instant discernment helps you navigate to your highest and best life.
This is also why we do not fear "the false prophets and teachings", because: the more chaos people experience, the more it is only going to drive them to awaken. Tada! The divine plan IS perfect and always has been. And so are YOU!
